Solution
With this utility you can inform special departments about emergency cases and help the government to solve these problems. There are two options in the application, to become an officer or to create an agency. You may choose to join the organizations such as cultural center, municipality, Personnel Selection Office and others.
Usage
In order to inform the organizations about the problems, just like in OnStar, you need to provide a description and location of the accident. Moreover, you can attach a photo of the situation and select the agency that may help to resolve the issue. Once your notification is sent, it is possible to track the solution process.
Rewards and statistics
It is possible to earn points for reporting problems and emergency cases. The members of agencies and departments get more points, while officers receive less. There is also a diagram that displays detailed statistics about accidents such as:
- in process;
- pending;
- finished;
- irrelevant.
