Visma Employee is an app for Android devices that provides employees of the Norwegian IT company Visma with access to their payrolls. In addition, the utility allows them to specify working hours, register for sick leave and apply for vacation.
Authorization
This service can only be used by registered customers who currently work in the company named above. You can enter the application with the previously received password and login.
Opportunities
On the main page of the utility, there is a menu that allows you to:
- register the working time or absence;
- view the salary summary;
- register a receipt for expenses;
- add new mileage.
You can register all the trips you make for work and indicate the point of the department, arrival, distance, and gas expenses. Also, you may scan and attach receipts to then receive a refund.
The Payslips tab allows you to view payrolls. It is possible to receive notifications of new accruals. Moreover, there is a section that allows you to specify all the expenses that are associated with your job and business trips, for example, taxi rides, hotel accommodation, meals, and so on.
Furthermore, the Calendar tab offers you to plan vacations and leave requests for them. It is possible to mark sick leave and notify about it.
