WikiCamps Australia is an Android application that offers residents and guests of Australia an extensive database of tourist attractions in this country. In addition, there is information about campsites, hostels, trailer parks, tent sites, water points, and so on.
Attractions and map
Please note that this service can work offline. At the first start, you need to download all the information from the database, including the map, to the memory of your mobile device.
The data in the app is constantly updated. Registered users can add information about new campsites, parking areas, interesting places, water sources, and so on. It is possible to attach photos, write reviews and indicate prices.
You can view attractions as a list or on a map. It is possible to immediately get the information about the selected location and also lay a route to it.
Moreover, you may mark the locations with a heart adding them to the list of favorites. During the search, it is possible to use various filters. They help to select the most suitable places with such parameters:
