YNAB is an Android application designed to help people take charge of their finances. Here users are actively involved in setting goals, adding expenses and adjusting their budgets as needed.
Budget
The application is made to help manage finances, just like Honeydue. You start with default budget categories, like Bills, Frequent, and Goals. However, you can also create your own to fit your specific needs. The first suggested step is to set targets for your spendings.
Then, you should add links to your financial accounts and determine how much money you have right now. It is possible to choose between Linked and Unlinked. For automated importing of transactions, you can pick the former. Selecting the latter lets you manually enter data. Please keep in mind that this may require a lot of extra time and effort.
The last step involves YNAB auto-assigning what you have entered so far. You can cancel and make your own decisions if you would like. After the initial setup is done, it is possible to edit, add and delete whatever you wish.
Subscription
It is worth noting that the service is provided via paid subscription. There are monthly and annual plans available. However, you can try a 34-day free period before making a purchase.
