Zsight is an application for Android mobile devices developed by Zmodo, a manufacturer of video surveillance systems. Users have an option to connect a camera or digital recorder to their smartphone and watch streaming video.
Settings
To use the app, you need to create an account with an email address and come up with a passcode. Then you have to connect your mobile device and surveillance equipment to the same wireless network. Smart Link technology allows you to plug in by specifying the ID and password of the access point.
Broadcasts
The main Zsight screen displays information about all available devices. It is possible to watch the broadcast in real time as well as record video and create screenshots. All files will be saved in the smartphone memory.
Like NetCam, this utility allows you to configure notifications when motion is detected in the frame. At the same time the application automatically creates five screenshots and saves them in the gallery.
The audio transmission function is supported. With its help you may play a voice message using the speaker of the surveillance camera. The utility also allows you to change the screen orientation while watching the broadcast.
