CarePlex Vitals is an Android application designed for preventive health checks. The utility performs the functions of a pulse oximeter, which are especially relevant during the coronavirus pandemic.
How it works
The mobile software helps you keep track of vital health functions. You can use it to determine your heart rate, oxygen saturation and respiratory rate. In case of poor performance, you can contact medical specialists and show them electronic measurements.
CarePlex Vitals works as follows. You need to turn on the flashlight on your smartphone and put your finger on it as well as the rear camera. There are more detailed instructions in the How to scan section.
The utility determines health indicators quite quickly. All data is stored in the Vitals History section. You can compare the dynamics in the Analytics tab.
Registration and access
CarePlex Vitals is only available to registered users. They need to add the phone number and email address. Additional information may be required.
The application was distributed on a paid basis, but during the coronavirus pandemic, the developers made the functionality free. Keeping track of disease symptoms is also handy with HealthCheck SA.
