dynamicSpot is an Android application that can make the area around the front camera interactive. The utility works similarly to Dynamic Island in the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max.
Settings
To make the application work properly, you have to allow dynamicSpot to manage and display notifications as well as grant other permissions.
You can turn on notifications for incoming calls, SMS, and messengers. The utility also responds to some events, such as a low battery.
It is possible to select the background color, size, and rounding radius of the interactive zone. You can also add music controls and animations.
Functionality
Depending on your settings, you can turn on notifications from certain apps and they appear as a small dot in the center of the status bar. A long press can help you to open a preview.
The utility allows you to select the time of automatic hiding of the interactive zone. The pop-up window can be removed by swiping left or right.
Please note that as of this writing, this is only a beta version of the application. Thus, the developers do not guarantee excellent performance on all smartphone models. In addition, some features are only available in the premium version, such as pinning a zone to the lock screen.
