HBO Max is the official Android app from the eponymous American streaming service. The utility provides access to video content on your smartphone.
Collection
The app allows you to watch movies and series on the HBO streaming platform. It is also possible to enjoy the content of other channels including MAX originals, DC, TCM, adult swim collection, Studio Ghibli, CN, Sesame Workshop, Looney Tunes, and Crunchyroll.
Similar to Pikashow, HBO Max provides access to thousands of movies and series. You can find posters, descriptions, ratings, release dates, and the duration of a selected project. It is possible to add any content to Favorites by clicking on the plus button.
Please note that the HBO Max mobile software is developed in the US and is a subscription service. You can purchase the membership within the app.
Usability
The utility allows you to create profiles for five members sharing one subscription plan. All you have to do is enter the name and add any picture to the avatar. Thus, users can get personalized recommendations even when they share one HBO account.
It is possible to create profiles for teenagers and children. In other words, parents can add restrictions on displaying adult content for their kids.
You can view or make thematic movie collections. The featured films can be divided into such categories as similar plot, release date, actors, and genre.
The application allows you to communicate within fandoms. It is possible to find fans of your favorite movie or TV series and discuss interesting topics with them.
