iTel Mobile Dialer is an Android application that offers a versatile VoIP platform. It allows users to make calls and send messages through the internet similar to SmartCall.
Operator code
In order to use this application, it is necessary to have an operator code. It can be obtained from your VoIP service provider. In addition, users will be prompted to enter a mobile number with country code and a password. The latter will be sent to your phone via SMS or IVR.

Platform
The application offers users a convenient VoIP platform. Here it is possible to make free calls and send unlimited messages via the internet including 3G, 4G, WiFi, EDGE and UMTS connections. You can easily sign up with your mobile number as a user ID.
All the contacts from your phonebook will be automatically added to a built-in buddy list. You may also create new ones manually. Moreover, it is possible to top up the balance right from the app. iTel Mobile Dialer supports cross-platform messaging between users of different OSes.
