Jillian Michaels is an Android application that helps users choose an individual fitness training program and start leading a healthy lifestyle. There are nutritional recommendations and a calorie tracker. This utility is developed in collaboration with renowned fitness trainer Jillian Michaels.
Goals
At the start, you need to create an account and fill out a short questionnaire. You have to provide your physical parameters, including height and weight, and also choose goals:
- losing weight;
- daily fitness;
- shape and tone;
- run;
- fitness for pregnant women and so on.
For each goal, there are difficulty levels and subcategories. It is advisable for you to indicate how much weight you want to lose and also which zone of the body to bring into shape.
In addition, you can adjust the intensity of your workouts by choosing levels from beginner to advanced.
Workouts
On the main page of the app, various workouts are presented:
- kickboxing;
- walking and running;
- ABC;
- buttocks;
- yoga;
- HIIT;
- rubber band training;
- strength, etc.
There is a complete selection of Jillian Michaels workout DVDs. Moreover, the application has a training generator for creating individual classes of 10, 20, 30, or 45 minutes. Please note that this option is only available for Premium account holders.
It is possible to choose workouts with or without fitness equipment.
Meals
The application has a section that allows you to plan meals not only for you but for the whole family. There is a selection of quick and healthy recipes. It is possible to make lists of products.
You can adjust the recipes depending on the goal of losing weight, maintaining it, or gaining muscle mass. A calorie tracker is available, similar to DoFasting.
