Each storyline provides 24 fully voiced workouts over eight weeks, which are suitable for users of all abilities. You can choose to walk, jog, run, or track your activity, even while in a wheelchair. You will have complete control over the time and distance of your runs, with the option to intensify or slow down the workout.

In addition, the platform offers a premium yearly subscription. There is a separate Marvel Move Founders Club membership option available. The latter includes a two-year premium subscription to Marvel Move and invitations to private Q&A live streams.
