Moviefone is an Android application that helps you to find useful movie information. Trailers, news, and reviews are provided. You can also determine in which cinema and at what time a particular movie is broadcast.
Requirements
The utility is designed primarily for residents of the United States. Please note that for its correct use it is necessary to enable GPS navigation.
Movies and screenings
The main page of the application provides access to three tabs. The first of them offers a list of movies playing in cinemas nearby the users’ location. You can find the screening time, the name of the movie theater, and its exact location. There is an opportunity to get directions to this place.
The Feature section contains information about popular films that are shown in theaters in the United States. There is also a page with information about movies and series that you can watch at home using popular online services such as Netflix.
Each movie has a short description. Genre, release year, studio, and Metacritic rating are given. In addition, there is a News section. Here users can read the latest information from the world of cinema. Hollywood news is presented.
Remark
Unfortunately, the application is not active at the moment. It does not provide access to the claimed content. Apparently, the developers stopped supporting it.
