Regrid Property is an Android application designed to search for information about the ownership of land parcels. The utility is the official client of the eponymous web resource.
Registration
This service is designed for US citizens only, similar to WICShopper. It contains information on more than 154 million land plots. Registration in this app is required. You need to specify not only the email address but also some personal data.
Accounts and options
Creating a free Regrid Starter account allows you to receive basic information about land plots – their geometry, property rights, addresses, APNs, and so on. Integration with Native Land, Wikipedia, and other resources is provided.
Advanced features of the service are available after a paid subscription. In this case, you get a Regrid Pro account, which offers the following features:
- receiving notifications about changes in land parcels and property rights;
- access to maps with building outlines and elevation lines;
- measuring distances and drawing areas;
- additional information about real estate, including indicators of land use;
- field data collection, with options for photography and note-taking.
The web version of the app offers Pro account holders a number of additional features:
- color-coded maps;
- property filtering;
- export and import data in CSV format.
It is worth noting that you can use one Regrid Pro profile on multiple devices.
