The app, developed by Meta, is a groundbreaking multilingual AI translation model. It is designed to provide effortless communication across languages through both speech and text.
There is an array of functionalities supported, including voice recognition as well as speech-to-text and speech-to-speech translations for hundreds of input and output languages. Additionally, the utility provides text-to-text and text-to-speech translations.
Important note
It is important to note that the utility is in beta testing currently, so many features might not be available yet or may not work properly. There can also be translation errors due to temporarily limited data.
How to use
In order to use the app, you should first pronounce and record your speech. Then, you can select up to three languages that you would like to translate your sentence into. At this stage, it is also possible to listen to your recording.
After processing is done, you will be presented with the results in both text and audio forms. You can also leave feedback for each translation to contribute to the AI functionality.
