Meditation
This application is designed for both novice users and those who already have experience in meditation.
There are sessions lasting from 3 to 25 minutes, depending on your preferences. This allows you to develop the habit of daily meditation and learn mindfulness techniques.
All sessions offered in the utility are divided into 30 categories depending on their purpose:

Like Alo Moves, this utility offers sessions of breathing exercises. Also, there are yoga Nidra and self-hypnosis. Additionally, it is possible to listen to music for concentration.
Options
The app helps users to create a meditation schedule and monitors their progress. The history of achievements is stored in the account. An online chat with a personal trainer is provided.
