It is possible to read the latest articles, listen to podcasts and watch videos. There is also an AstroQuiz to test your knowledge. Workshop offers astronomy lectures and educational tutorials.
ZAstronomy provides a gallery with pictures of the day which are captured by the observatory. You can view a calendar with upcoming events and make a booking. Moreover, it is possible to take a virtual tour beforehand. You will explore different rooms and floors in 360-degree VR videos.

Please note that the majority of the content is not available at the moment. The latest news articles date back to May 2022. So, it seems that the application is not supported anymore. However, you can still access some parts as well as visit the SAAO website.
