Functionality
Being an official mobile version of the eponymous online software, the app allows you to easily track and report your company’s expenses. It is possible to scan your receipts in 15 different languages and instantly submit them. You can also plan your business visits by creating itineraries for the trips.
Similar to Workday, your company’s managers will be able to approve reports and trips with just a single tap. They can then be moved toward reimbursement. There is also a personal assistant called Zia. It will help catching up on pending tasks. It is possible to add expenses when you are offline and have them synced once you are back online.

In order to get started, you have to create an organization profile. You will need to specify your company’s name, country of origin, time zone, and currency. It will also be necessary to set up your own profile.
