Radio Garden is an application for Android devices designed to listen to the radio. The utility offers access to over 25 000 broadcast stations around the world.
Regions and stations
This application has an unusual search function. On the main page, there is an image of the globe that can be rotated by selecting the desired region. Green dots on the world map represent cities. By tapping on it, you can select radio stations that broadcast live in the desired area. This allows you to get to know local cultures and communities.
The Explorer tab helps to search for channels not only on the map but also in the list. In addition, you can select the cities’ names and check which stations are broadcasting in them. It is possible to mark your favorite radio with a heart and move it to the list of favorites. This provides faster access to it later.
Additional options
In addition, there is a Search section that allows you to look for stations by name and genre. It is worth noting that the application is capable of running in the background, so you can not interrupt listening to the radio using other utilities.
